I center my work on the challenges that men from varied backgrounds face in living their most fulfilling lives. where therapy is concerned, I see 'man' as a starting point for any person that identifies in their own way with the word, the concept. Gender is one of our most deeply-rooted identities; creating your own definitions can be life changing. I work with men who want to connect to the people they care about, men entering different phases of their lives looking for empathy & understanding, men struggling to communicate with their partners & men investigating the values and beliefs they were taught.
I base my practice in Rogerian, Narrative & Existential therapies. Clients looking for a collaborative approach can work with me on experiments to improve relationships including the relationship to self.
I am committed to helping my clients learn how to understand & love themselves so they can more fully enjoy their lives.
