In over 20 years as a clinical social worker, I have found that whatever goals they may have, patients first and foremost want to feel safe and understood. I have worked with a wide variety of individuals, in a number of different settings. I have learned to identify and respect the strengths and lived experiences of my patients. I meet you right where you're at. I don't have an "ideal" patient; I have worked effectively with adults from a wide variety of backgrounds and with a diversity of presenting issues.
I offer wide range of different approaches to help you live the life that you want. CBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic, spirituality: your needs and desires are unique to you, and therefore I do not take a "one size all approach."
