I am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping people get better and feel good about themselves and life. My clients can come from different lifestyles and culturally diverse backgrounds such as the Hispanic or Latinx culture and the LGBTQIA+ community. My experience includes working with clients who struggle with trauma & PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, low self-esteem, substance abuse.

My goal is to get to the root of your difficulties by exploring your thoughts, feelings, and core beliefs, so you can experience change, and feel better about yourself and life.
