The workshop is about reclaiming your life! Identifying the negative thoughts that are holding you back or causing anxiety, depression or relationship issues. Once these thoughts are identified, learn what you need to do to change them. Based off of Brene´ Brown's research on shame resiliency. Daring Way, Rising Strong (adults) BOLD (teenager)
This group is for people with anxiety, depression, relationships tackling issues due to negative and self-defeating thoughts about themselves. During the workshop, participants learn skills and solutions to manage those issues holding them back. The Daring Way method is based on the research of Brene Brown, Ph.D. LMSW. The Workshop starts on Friday from 5 PM to 9 PM; Saturday 9 am to 5 PM; Sunday 9 AM up to 5 PM; inquire about cost and dates if not stated below. There is also a six-week modality.
