Life never seems to slow down and it can be difficult to take the time to prioritize meaningful, lasting change. I am thankful you are here. While it is uncomfortable to let someone see how you are struggling, I will join you where you are and we will walk through this together. I have extensive experience working with adolescents trying to find their way, people struggling with various addictions, individuals working through anxiety and/or depression, couples who need to resolve past hurts and develop tools for improved relational satisfaction, and many others.
I take great pride in being able to connect with individuals from all walks of life encountering diverse circumstances. Whether it be some life adjustment, anxiety, depression, grief, relational issue, concern surrounding faith or anything else, I am confident we can work together and discern a new way forward.
While life can be overwhelming, a major strength of mine is providing calmness, care, stability, and perspective to any situation.
