I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of our lives and the areas where we feel stuck. I am a Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU School of Medicine. I have over 18 years of clinical experience, working with individuals and couples struggling with addiction, anxiety (OCD, GAD, phobias), depression and mood disorders, and trauma (PTSD). We will work together to create a therapy that is effective and in line with your goals and values. I am only in network with insurance plans for AMEX, Blackrock, Paramount, and NYU Langone and School of Medicine.

I am an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist, a treatment which has been shown to help people heal from the wounds of trauma. I am also trained in a number of other highly effective evidence based therapies, including CBT, CBTi, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), harm reduction, mindfulness-based therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy.

I am also passionate about training and education. I have given lectures on a range of topics, including grief, addiction, insomnia, and the treatment of trauma/PTSD. I also provide CBT supervision for psychiatry residents at NYU School of Medicine. I am also registered to provide psychotherapy via telehealth to residents of Florida. www.flhealthsource.gov
