I am a licensed clinical social worker that uses a strength based and trauma informed approach to caring for my clients. My goal is to help you manage your anxiety, depression, anger and relationship issues. I have worked in community and public school-based settings providing individual and family therapy to children, teens and adults. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, TF-CBT, solution-focused, problem-solving, mindfulness and grief and loss to help clients decrease and manage depression, anxiety, stress, trauma and relationship issues.
As a CBT focused therapist, my goal is to help you navigate problems that arise in daily life as well as accessing feelings of negativity about yourself, past traumas and more in order to help you develop the tools you need to mindfully and peacefully face these issues.
In addition to CBT, I also incorporate Somatic, Attachment, Narrative and Strength based approaches. In utilizing a strength based approach, we will work together to identify and highlight your assets to build your self esteem and get you back on your desired path. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to assess our fit together.
