The most healing aspect of therapy is the unique relationship between a client and therapist. I value the vulnerability and mutual trust created with my clients when they allow me to be a part of their stories. You can expect to leave sessions feeling heard and empowered, with a renewed connection to self and/or the world.
Through my use of personal experiences, empathy, and humor, clients can feel understood when struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, chronic illness, grief, life transitions, or relationship issues.
I look at each client as an individual, exploring the many components and intersecting areas of their lives to support them in managing or decreasing both mental and physical health struggles. I welcome the opportunity to connect with you to learn more about you, your life and your goals and hope to join you in your work with your mental health.
