I provide individual and family therapy my clients (14+) struggling with a wide range of difficulties including, trauma, anxiety, depression, life changes, grief, relationship issues, anger, mood disorders, codependency, sexuality and gender issues, personality disorders, OCD, social dysfunction, low self-esteem, suicidal ideation and self-injury.
I love empowering my clients to work towards their goals. I believe that having a well rounded lifestyle is important to achieving a happy life. Having effective coping skills, getting regular exercise, eating a healthy balanced diet, maintaining positive social supports and feeling a sense of purpose in life are important for mental health.
