If there is one thing in life that is guaranteed, it is that it’s unpredictable. The many twists and turns we experience throughout life can be challenging and overwhelming to manage. My goal is to help you navigate this unfamiliar territory and become the best version of yourself! I help my clients achieve this by looking within: accessing their own strengths, values, and purpose, while providing an empathic and nurturing environment.
My training has taught me to view humans from an interconnected standpoint. Human beings are made for connection and are all part of a larger system, thus we all depend on interpersonal relationships. We can better understand ourselves by exploring this greater system and its many layers. After all, how can change happen if we only stop at the first layer?
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic illness, relational challenges, life transitions/adjustment, and trauma. You are at the beginning of a very empowering and personal journey that I would be honored to guide you through. I look forward to starting our work together!
