Life can be messy, challenging and difficult at any age. I believe that counseling provides a much-needed break in a hectic week for decompression, self-examination, and consideration of change. My role as your counselor is to provide a safe, welcoming space that invites you to unpack your concerns. I work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan that highlights your goals and interests, purposefully integrating mind, body and spirit. In doing so, we create a path which allows you to develop insights, identify potential solutions and ultimately take action to create positive change in your life.

I have a 10+ year background in K-12 education and counseling with a keen interest in holistic wellness. I strive for continuous self-learning in order to provide quality care. I then infuse my professional experiences and research into my counseling work, offering individually tailored plans and interventions for children, teens and adults.
