We NEED each other. We are social creatures built for connection who thrive when we are in close relationships…AND being in relationship is no easy task! Particularly in a culture that tells us that we are not supposed to depend on each other. Our work will help you cultivate more meaningful connections that inspire vulnerability and intimacy, promote security and self-confidence, and build greater awareness of the fears and challenges of being in a relationship. I work with adult individuals and relationships at all stages, poly/alternative relationship formations, and am LGBTQIA+ affirming.

We will work together to deepen intimacy, develop effective communication & tools for soothing each other, establish essential boundaries, and navigate impasses/betrayal. I will help you access more warmth and compassion in your interactions and come away with an awareness of what each of you needs to feel secure and nourished by your relationship.

You don’t need to be in a crisis to reach for support! I welcome couples who are newly partnered or engaged and enjoy working with both individuals and couples interested in building insights to help prevent problems before they grow.
