I work with people who want to be happy, feel confident, and thrive in their lives. People often come to see me when fed up with negative thought patterns or poor self-image, and are ready to make a change in their lives. In working together, we would focus on developing an understanding of what you'd like your life to look like, and creating a plan to make it a reality. My therapeutic approach stems from a relational framework and considers how every individual's identities and social environments shapes their beliefs, values, and experiences.
The majority of my clients struggle with issues related to anxiety, depression, body image or significant life transitions. I have worked with individuals going througha full range of life experiences, and often work with folks who don't fit neatly into any diagnostic category.
I’m available to work with individuals above the age of 18. LGBTQ+ and those in non-traditional relationships can feel safe and embraced in my practice. Reaching out is the first step towards to healing, and I'd love to be there to help see you through it.
