My clients may feel anxious, uncertain or lost about who they truly are and what they want to create in their lives. Some of my clients want to explore spirituality. Others wish to heal from disempowering core beliefs. What all of my clients have in common is that they are ready to dig into the healing process. They recognize that they no longer want to avoid the repeating patterns they notice in their thoughts and behaviors. My clients are excited to explore their intuition, own their talents and gifts and feel confident that they are living according to their purpose and joy.
As an intuitive therapist/energy healer, I look at ways to help your mind body and spirit. We look at patterns in your thoughts, emotions, behaviors and relationships to discern what no longer serves you. In order to access these patterns, I guide you inward through meditation, visualizations or hypnotherapy. Our work is deep but exciting and rewarding.
