It takes courage and energy to start the healing process, so be proud of yourself for pursuing the support you deserve! Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed or are you suffering from burnout? Does your fear or anxiety keep you from living fully? Are you your own worst enemy? We can work together to make meaningful change in your life. Our work will focus on breaking out of old, unhelpful patterns and learning new ways of navigating the world. Together we can make an individualized plan to help you reach your goals. This may include developing insight, learning new coping skills, and improving your relationship with yourself and others.
People deserve an affirming, compassionate place to explore who they are and what they want to change. I use a psychodynamic-relational approach with attention to intersecting identities and life context. I am also well-versed in cognitive-behavioral interventions and mindfulness. I am especially invested in working with people in helping professions.
I provide individual therapy to adults (18+), and I am licensed in both Maryland and Delaware. In over 20 years of practice, I have helped many people experience emotional relief, develop self-confidence and lead more satisfying lives. If you are interested in working with me, please feel free to reach out to schedule a 15 minute consultation.
