Sometimes life can feel overwhelming or you may have experiences that feel like they stick with you, that you relive. Through my training as a certified EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapist we can reprocess these experiences, to help reduce distress in your life and relationships. We will work together to develop a plan to help you feel more yourself, gain insight and strength and improve your confidence.
In a private, serene and judgment free setting, we will work towards renewing clarity and brightening relationships. I utilize cognitive and dialectical behavior therapy techniques as well as EMDR/trauma informed therapy to assist you in moving forward in a confident manner.
Feeling comfortable is valuable in therapy. Please feel free to reach out by phone or email to set up an initial consult. If you prefer to schedule online, please click the website button and use the therapy portal button on our website to schedule.
