Groups
Young, Wild, and Mindful Support Group
The Young, Wild, and Mindful Support Group is a FREE virtual group for Teens ages 13-17. This adolescent mindfulness support group meets once monthly via Zoom for 90 minutes and is available for Texas Residents. This group provides a space for teens to learn about mindful movement, discover the connection between mindfulness and self-compassion, and explore everyday mindfulness activities.
