The people I work with have had a variety of negative life experiences with ONE thing in common. It still bothers them days, months or even years since it happened. I help people who feel like "I should be over this by now" and are tired of feeling overwhelmed by the images, feelings and sensations that come up unexpectedly day or night. I help people who feel like there is too much at stake to stop and worry about therapy. I guide people in managing the stress, relieving emotional distress and healing the trauma so that they can get on with and enjoy their lives.
