I use a collaborative, relational approach to facilitate awareness, nurture your process towards healing, and promote a deeper understanding of the self that will allow for both change and growth. I use a variety of tools such as EMDR, somatic awareness, mindfulness and in depth emotional focusing to help heal places where you are feeling stuck.

I believe the therapeutic relationship to be a sacred tool towards understanding how we relate to others and the world around us. I am hopeful that through this knowledge, you can begin to cultivate a greater intimacy and kindness within yourself, leaving old patterns behind in order to more deeply connect in life and in relationships.
