My therapeutic style is warm, non-judgmental, intuitive, and collaborative. I work with individuals and couples navigating a range of challenges, including, depression, anxiety, trauma, intimacy, life transitions, and self esteem concerns. In our sessions, I support clients in processing past experiences, exploring current challenges, and uncovering old childhood wounds and patterns. My goal in our work together is to help you move toward a more security, fulfillment, and self awareness, and to help deepen and strengthen your relationships.
My therapeutic approach is integrative but rooted in a relational model. I pull from theories of attachment, narrative, and feminist approaches to explore client’s life experience present and past. I am a certified level 1 trained PACT couples therapist.
I have a background in fine arts and music, and I have worked in various high paced professional work environments. My varied past experiences give me a deepened understanding of life’s challenges and an ability to understand these struggles in my client’s in a genuine way.
