We all experience really tough and painful things at times. Then, sometimes, we don't know why things feel so difficult but all of the sudden, even the little things feel like too much to bear. We may know that something in our lives needs to change but we either don’t know what it is or we just don’t know where to start to make it happen. The therapeutic environment is designed to be an unbiased and safe space where you can be authentically you and receive the support you need in order to facilitate healing and change.
I specialize in working with teens & young adults (typically ages 16-30) and primarily work with those who have experiences trauma. I am trained in both CPT and EMDR, but I also tend to take a more eclectic treatment approach by integrating aspects of multiple modalities. This allows me to tailor the therapy experience to each specific client’s needs.
I am here to be on your team: to help you sort out what it is that you want and need to change in your life in order to feel like the best version of you. I am here to help encourage and motivate you to get started and then to stand with you and support you throughout your journey toward healing and finding your best self.
