I've been working with individuals and couples for over 14 years, and it has been my privilege to walk beside them as they find healing in their relationships, and for themselves.

I'll help you express your feelings and needs, to learn new ways to relate to your partner, and provide you with tools to change what’s not working in your life. You will be heard, respected, and cared for, so that trust and connection can be rebuilt.
