My work is body-centered because, sometimes, simply talking doesn't go deep enough. I support clients in moving through the stuck places/emotions/beliefs using somatic practices including EMDR, mindfulness, breath techniques, guided imagery, sounding and more. The work we do together will support you to find your flow and build more of the life you crave.
I have witnessed it plenty of times; so much is possible when we learn how to be there for ourselves more profoundly and be nourished by connection with others.
