My therapeutic approach is holistic and relational, and I use a blend of modalities to support you. As an IFS trained therapist, I focus on facilitating self-connection, providing you a safe space to find belonging and self-acceptance as you move toward your goals. Additionally, I am trained in Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Gottman Method, and Play Therapy.
