Most of us are doing our best... AND the roles/stress we take on (and the roles/stress put upon us) can really have an impact on how we feel and how we function. Although I welcome a range of client concerns, my passion is for helping adults who are struggling with the complex world of relationships, stress-management, parenting, and self-acceptance. If you are feeling overwhelmed or insecure as a parent, if you are overly stressed by life transitions, or otherwise feeling stuck or imbalanced, I'd love to walk beside you on your journey toward wellness.
I believe connection, reflection, and curiosity offer a path to growth. My approach is gentle, compassionate, and relational. Together we can explore what is working and what is getting in the way for you. Some frameworks that inform my practice: Trauma, attachment, child development, somatics, "parts" work, co-dependence, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
It would be my honor to support you as you do the work of deeper knowing. I encourage you to take the first step today. Check out my website for more info: www.deeperknowing.com
