Rather, I provide a safe space where we can explore why you're feeling stuck and what can be done differently. I specialize in relationship dynamics, both in exploring patterns of interaction within systems, as well as through individual work and how our relationships inform our behavior.

I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and also draw from the following models: Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
