My educational background is in Social Work from Eastern Washington University and Walla Walla University. I have experience working with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR. I am also a trained Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and have further training in Nutrition for Mental Health.

The best therapy successes come from a collaboration between client and therapist, which is what I strive to provide through an engaging, nonjudgmental and open therapeutic relationship.
