Men's Issues: There is this idea that men must “have it all together” and often struggle to ask for help. Many cultures are conditioned to believe that men asking for help as a sign of weakness. I believe that asking for help is a sign of strength and power in growth – specifically for men. My goal is to help men work through many aspects of life.
