Psychology is derived from the Greek words psyche; meaning soul, and logos; meaning knowledge. Considering this, I see therapy as the brave journey of knowing yourself and your life more deeply. As a therapist, I offer a genuine optimism and non-judgmental space for you to feel seen, heard, and met with kindness. You are provided guidance and skills that equip you to guide your nervous system and mind back to health. We won't go anywhere in therapy that you are not prepared to go. Sessions feel restorative, empowering, and practical. You can feel better at your own pace. And it is a real privilege to support you along the way.
I provide holistic therapy for teens, emerging adults, women & the LGBTQ+ community. I offer support for healing trauma, anxiety and depression. I take an integrated approach that is informed by EMDR, Mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Attachment, Nutrition, and Evolutionary Psychology.
It takes so much courage to seek therapy. I can be someone who makes the process feel more accessible. I believe it is good for the Earth, good for the people, and good for you to focus on your own well-being. I can help you meet your goals, while encouraging your development of presence and peace along the way. I'm cheering you on. Feel free to reach out!
