Not accepting new clients: I work with adults (20+) experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and/or relationship distress. I also specialize in trauma recovery and identity development. During difficult life experiences, it can be common to feel conflicting emotions, desires, and thoughts, often resulting in complex and lonely feelings of confusion, shame, sadness, anxiety, and a fragmented sense of self. I'm passionate about supporting you in your pursuit of becoming your most authentic, integrated self, helping you learn to live more wholehearted, fully and freely, in harmony with you core emotions, values, needs, and strengths.
In my relational counseling approach, I empathically attend to your past, present, and future; helping you heal from past traumas and wounds, gently exploring present, current patterns that may no longer be serving you well, and increasing hope for your future by offering tools and helping you gain a fuller picture of who you are and want to become.
