We’ll discover tools to put down this armor & develop greater tolerance for vulnerability & self-compassion so that we may live brave & fulfilled lives. Identify the values that are important to you, discover how you behave when you’re in alignment with your values (& when you’re not), realize what emotions activate you & how those emotions can lead you to behave out of alignment with your values, & determine what you need to do to care for your emotions so you can behave in ways that align with your values.

Boundaries are a pathway to connection and intimacy. Many people think of boundaries as a protective barrier and that just isn't true. Join me in learning how to establish healthy relationships, communicate our needs and limits, and protect our physical and emotional well-being. Most of us were not taught how to identify our needs, let alone express them in healthy ways. This class will help you learn how to express your needs for physical and emotional health, establish healthy relationships, promote your personal growth, and prevent burnout and resentment.
