At Frame of Mind, LLC, I specialize in the treatment of trauma. With 19 years of experience working with combat veterans, childhood trauma, car accidents & traumatic grief experiences, I've learned the most important part of therapy is having a sense of safety. I enjoy creating a place where my clients feel comfortable being who they are. Therapy is one of those things you do for you. It's as essential as eating well and getting regular exercise. As your therapist, I will guide you through the process of exploring your thoughts and feelings. We'll discover what's getting in the way of the life you want for yourself.
I'm EMDR certified & IFS level 1 trained by the IFS institute. I offer training for other clinicians as a senior trainer for Deb Dana's Polyvagal Rhythm of Regulation foundations course.
