With that realization comes responsibility but also power. It's my life’s joy to empower others to create the life that they've always envisioned for themselves. Trauma has a way of repeating itself across generations, sometimes despite our best efforts. By reaching out, you're about to make the first step in ending negative cycles.

What this means is that you will gain tools, knowledge, and skills in a supportive, non-judgmental environment that help meet your family’s long-term goals.

You've likely heard, "you can't pour from an empty cup," but it's often hard to practice what we teach. As a parent, I know first-hand how busy life can get. A secondary benefit to seeking support is modeling to our loved ones the value of self-care. I do my best to create a calm and safe space for you to be able to pause and process clearly.
