I work with folks on the journey to overcome obstacles that have been holding them back from living their best lives. I am a trauma-informed therapist who incorporates creativity, mindfulness, & depth psychotherapies along with EMDR, DBT, & CBT interventions in treatment. We identify unhelpful and reactive patterns, survey stuck points, and re-assess internal "walls" while processing the past as we build up resilience to create new ways of relating to yourself & the world.
It's known that effective therapy begins with a good relationship. This means finding someone you feel comfortable being vulnerable, uncomfortable, & seen with.
