I specialize in psychodynamic therapy, taking an insight-oriented and mindful approach to see how past experiences, unconscious thoughts, and environmental factors affect the present. I practice therapy from an anti-oppressive and anti-racist standpoint, and have worked with people of all ages, races, and backgrounds.
