I focus in supporting women, faith-based counseling, and grief, trauma, and behavior concerns for children 8 and under. I especially love working with children 4 and under! My main focus is helping clients take charge of their lives and find healing through compassionate empathy, grace, and encouragement in the therapeutic process and relationship, finding tangible tools that best work for their lives and situation. If you are struggling with perfectionism, childhood wounds, or relational concerns I would love to meet with you. I am also a Certified Trauma Professional.
Life can throw curveballs at us that we are least expecting and when we are least expecting them to.
