I consider therapy a great opportunity for me to walk alongside clients on their healing journey. I take a person-centered and trauma informed approach to meet clients where they are at and work together as a team to identify treatment goals. I strive to foster a warm and supportive environment so clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of therapy. My training and clinical experience has allowed me to work with both athletes and non-athletes from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
I seek to understand how each client's own unique experiences influence their lives by integrating a multiplicity of modalities such as Trauma Focused CBT, EMDR, IFS, Mindfulness, and Relational Therapy.
