With over 30 years in healthcare, I understand the interconnection between mental, emotional, and physical health. As a nurse with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Certified in Trauma Counseling, I create a safe space for clients. I use a strength-based, trauma-informed approach to help clients achieve personal and relational growth

My lived experiences allow me to connect with empathy and authenticity. I am a Woman, cisgender, pansexual, and I experienced anxiety, depression, disordered eating, body dysmorphia, gastric bypass surgery, divorce, Infertility, miscarriage, post-partum depression, parenting, parental caregiving (mother with dementia), and childhood attachment issues.
