Hello! As someone who values sincerity, I feel as though the best work happens when clients feel very deeply seen, heard, and known. Authenticity and vulnerability are the cornerstones of my practice. I believe that the ultimate driving factor in life is secure attachment. I approach counseling with genuine curiosity for my client's truths. I often employ somatic techniques that link the body to the mind. I am sensitive to both developmental and shock traumas. I have confidence in my client's ability to determine their own life's path.
