My most important task as a therapist is to help clients recognize their own resiliency and capacity for growth and change. I specialize in working with adolescents (ages 12+) and adults who are facing major life transitions, struggling in interpersonal relationships, and want to begin the process of overcoming recent or past trauma. I have 9 years of experience as a therapist and offer individual psychotherapy, EMDR, and art therapy to clients in Colorado and Florida. Whether it's your first time in a therapist's office or you've been therapy for years, you are welcome here.
I play an active role in therapy and challenge my clients to closely examine negative patterns in thoughts and behaviors that are holding them back. I work best with motivated adults and teens who are ready to do the hard work in and outside of sessions. Therapy will be goal-oriented to ensure you are making the improvements you want to see in your life.
My office is located in the Highlands neighborhood in Denver. I am currently accepting new clients for in-person and telehealth therapy. I see my Florida-based clients for telehealth appointments only. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or think we would be a good fit!
