It offers peer support and psychodynamic process with the aim to increase self-esteem, self-acceptance and improved body satisfaction. Suitable for anyone who struggles with eating disordered behaviors and thoughts as well as body image distress and maladaptive coping strategies as it relates to food and body. An intuitive eating approach and mindfulness is utilized.
