I am a culturally responsive therapist with a background in multicultural/multiracial issues. I work with diverse and multicultural clients to find their personal balance between heritage and mainstream cultures. Intergenerational trauma and childhood trauma are often areas of focus for my clients.
My training includes a post-graduate, one year residency in Dialectical Behavior Therapy with an emphasis in mindfulness and yoga. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and provide a trauma informed, client centered approach to therapy.
