This is a group for professionals working in helping field geared to provide a safe environment for support and to address some of the challenges unique to working with challenging populations. Beyond support, the primary aim of the group will be to address and mediate compassion fatigue and secondary trauma among staff working directly with clients. Teen Group - Emotion Regulation & Coping - Closed
This is a group for teens struggling with various challenges some of which may include Anxiety, Depression, Self-Harm, and Interpersonal Difficulties. The focus for the group is to provide a safe environment for support and to teach new strategies for managing emotions and coping with challenges. Groups are scheduled as needed, minimum for four indivduals to start. Please email to express interest!
