Focus is on supporting moms without judgment, providing grounding techniques to help you feel more in control, discuss potential outlets, and be a space to share what’s on your heart. This is all during adjusting to your new life, roles, hormones, body changes, & dedication to do the very best & often unrecognized work of caring for our children. It is a "show up as you are" support group. If that means nursing, rocking, sitting in pajamas- know that it’s ALL GOOD. Options for those seeking connection without leaving home!
