My approach to therapy is rooted in curiosity and self-compassion. We’ll explore together how your experience of the world be affected by internal factors, like negative thinking, as well as external factors, including oppressive systems. I specialize in working with adults with a particular focus on identifying women & genderqueer individuals.
I utilize the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, hypnotherapy, & other client- centered approaches. In addition to hour long weekly or biweekly sessions, longer intensives are also available.
