Wise Older Women Group
The Wise Older Women (WOW) therapy group is for women ages 65+ who are experiencing depression, anxiety or stress related to challenges of aging. The group's philosophy recognizes that life struggles and stressors can sometimes interfere with our ability to access the wisdom that years and experience have given to us . The group celebrates the wisdom of older women and helps members to access their own wisdom to solve problems, decrease anxiety and depression, and to find new joy and meaning in their lives. Dr. Kristin Kleppe, a licensed psychologist who specializes in geriatric psychology, leads the WOW Group.
