Specializing in the practice of mindfulness, body positivity, HAES, intuitive eating, meditation, guided visualizations, and self-care techniques, I use a holistic, heart-centered approach with my clients to help them attain the results they desire. I am passionate and committed to helping others achieve their goals and to live a balanced and fulfilled life.
I have extensive training in leadership techniques, heart-centered and intuitive practices as well as experience in body positive approaches, Health At Every Size (HAES), intuitive eating, consciousness development and chakra work. I am dedicated to my own growth and consciousness work in order to be an effective, compassionate and informed therapist.
