Do you struggle with low confidence and high anxiety at work and in social situations? Is it hard to advocate for yourself and set healthy boundaries that serve you? I believe that there is hope and answers. I specialize in helping adult children who grew up with not-so-great parenting and cultural/environmental challenges. This may include skill building for reducing anxiety, learning to set healthy boundaries, or trauma-focused sessions using EMDR. No matter what the work is, your whole body and mind will be welcomed.
