I'm a neurodivergent therapist who values a creative, collaborative approach to wellness that honors safety and reciprocal authenticity. My primary specialty is adult ADHD and Autism, but I also specialize in CPTSD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationships, and career transition. I'm a sex-positive, LGBTQ+ally and work with ethically non-monogamous and poly people. I have special insight for survivors of religious trauma and love helping people discover their own values.
I rely on scientific and evidence-based practices that are designed to meet a variety of mental, physical, and emotional needs. Specifically, I integrate the physical with the mental, using a client-specific fusion of CBT, DBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, Narrative, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal, and Somatic therapy.
Through cultivating a relationship built on safety and trust, we'll work toward your goals with a realistic plan that's designed to fit your unique needs.
