With fifteen years of experience I have worked with a wide range of client concerns, with a specialty in trauma therapy. I am trained in Gestalt, EMDR, and Brainspotting, and frequently utilize parts work in sessions. Using a bottom-up approach can get to the root of trauma and create healing that is long lasting.
I have been told I am laid back and supportive in sessions. I value humor and it's benefits in therapy, while also keeping the focus on what we're working on.
